Who we are
Cool Air Aircond operates the website coolaircondservice.my. We provide aircond service, repair and installation in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and Putrajaya. This notice is issued under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.
What personal data we collect
Online enquiry form
The enquiry form is switched off. This website does not collect or save form submissions.
When you email us
Your name, your email address, and what you tell us about your unit and address so we can reply and carry out the job. Email is handled by our email provider under its own privacy terms. We use these details only to answer your enquiry and arrange the work.
When you visit the site
The site is served by Cloudflare, which keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and to deliver the pages. These logs are not used to identify you. No analytics or tracking cookies are set on this site.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and agree a price and a time slot
- To carry out the service, issue a receipt and honour the workmanship warranty
- To keep the site secure and working
We do not sell personal data and we do not send marketing messages you did not ask for.
Who we share it with
Cloudflare (hosting) and our email provider. Our technicians see the name, address and contact details needed for your booking. We disclose data to authorities only where Malaysian law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails and booking messages are kept for as long as needed to serve the booking and the warranty period on that job, then deleted. Receipts are kept for the period required by Malaysian tax and company law.
Your rights under the PDPA
You may ask to access or correct the personal data we hold about you, withdraw consent to its processing, or ask us to stop using it for a particular purpose. Use our contact page to reach us. We respond within the period the PDPA allows.

We update this page when our practices change and show the effective date at the top.
