Accessibility Statement

Our aim

Cool Air Aircond wants everyone to be able to read our prices, check our coverage and book a technician. coolaircondservice.my is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.

What the site does

• One heading hierarchy per page, landmark regions and a skip-to-content link on every page
• Everything works with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline
• Buttons and links have a minimum target size of 44 by 44 pixels
• Text and background colours meet AA contrast; text resizes and reflows to 400 percent zoom without side scrolling
• Animation is minimal and switches off when your system asks for reduced motion
• Malay sections are marked with their language so screen readers pronounce them correctly
• The contact page provides an email link; the enquiry form is switched off
• No carousels, no autoplaying media, no content that flashes

Known limits

The online enquiry form is not available yet. Use the email details on the contact page. Photos are being added as real job photos become available and will carry descriptive alternative text.
