Send us your area, the unit type and how many units by email to request a fixed price for servicing. Repairs and parts are quoted before any work starts.

What to send us

  • Your area — Cheras, PJ, Shah Alam, Puchong, Klang, Subang Jaya, Kajang, Ampang or elsewhere in KL and Selangor
  • Unit type: wall-mounted, cassette or ceiling, and roughly how old it is
  • Number of units
  • The problem, if there is one — not cold, leaking, noisy, smelly, not turning on
  • A photo or short video of the indoor and outdoor unit, if you have one
